Bloom Grant applications are not currently being accepted.

“Bloom Where You Are Planted”

All paid WIN members in good standing may apply for a WIN Bloom Grant once each year for first-time grassroots projects that are intended to begin and/or build their neighborhood associations. A variety of projects are eligible for Bloom Grant funds, including but not limited to:

  • First year dues to WIN
  • First-time project that benefit the area
  • Improvement projects, such as organizing crime prevention Neighborhood Watch signage
  • Neighborhood functions that can be proven to demonstrate growth in membership and revitalization
  • The creation of neighborhood association newsletters that inform members on laws, ordinances, member status, and crime information

It is important to note that Bloom Grant funds will not be disbursed for neighborhood association operating costs, annual projects for established neighborhoods, or for projects that need funding year after year.
