WINs bimonthly board meeting

Neighborhood University is designed to educate, equip, and engage residents to serve as effective neighborhood and community leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to connect to other residents and local elected officials, learn how to advocate for neighborhoods, build consensus with neighbors, and build board leadership skills.
